How it works:

Call toll free 1.888.835.2532 or email us support@yottatec.com for service, and a qualified technician will discuss your computer problems and schedule a remote login session. If your issues cannot be resolved remotely, repair options will be suggested.

At the agreed upon scheduled time, a technician will contact you by phone and provide you with a remote login code. Go to a web site called www.fastsupport.com there you will enter the remote login code given by the technician, and click on “Start Support Session”. A software program will be installed on your computer and the technician will have full access to assess the problem. You can view the entire process!

Our technician will provide a FREE estimate for repair. If you accept the estimate we will start a work order, with your provided contact and payment information. Your credit card will be charged for the estimated amount, and repairs will begin. If repair is unsuccessful, a full refund will be provided.

After repair/s are complete, the technician will log out of your computer. The login software will be uninstalled during the logout process. An invoice will be emailed to you for charges incurred.
